Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program with MRT certification.
• Completion of CT and cross-sectional anatomy coursework is required.
• Current MRT certification with Texas Medical Board (TMB).
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications within 6 months of CT assignment.
• Current BLS certification per policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT exams with standard protocols and quality control.
• Produce diagnostic-quality scans for neonatal to geriatric patients.
• Operate CT scanners and related equipment efficiently.
• Meet STAT/urgent demands while maintaining customer service standards.
• Assist Radiologist during procedures and ensure equipment readiness.
• Document procedures accurately on forms and logs.
