Job summary

St. David’s North Austin Medical Center in Texas is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Imaging team. The CT Tech coordinates CT and Radiology services, monitors patient throughput, and ensures safe, accurate image capture in line with ARRT standards.

You will perform CT scans, document findings, participate in call schedules, and support a patient-centered approach with attention to growth and development considerations across life spans.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Radiologic Technology
• Graduate of an educational program in radiology accredited by JRCERT or AMA-approved program or equivalent military training
• 1–2 years CT experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed CT procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of CT equipment and anatomy.
• Document findings during exams.
• Relay relevant information to physicians.
• Apply radiation safety to minimize risk.
• Participate in rotating call schedule.
• Assist in other department areas as needed
