HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse/Clinical Nurse Coordinator (ER CNC) to lead patient-centered care in a Level II trauma emergency room during day shifts. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate through assessment and discharge planning, and ensure adherence to policies and outcomes.

Ideal candidates have ER RN experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and a nursing leadership background.

Competenze

• Must graduate from an accredited school of Nursing and hold an active RN license in the state.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required by a Health Care Provider.
• Prior Emergency Room RN experience preferred; leadership experience is a plus.

• Assists with admission and discharge to ensure throughput and high-quality care.
• Performs ongoing quality assessment of patient care in collaboration with management.
• Collaborates with managers to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Supports patient-first initiatives and service recovery when needed.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, and productivity in the unit.
• Provides guidance on interviewing, training, and staff development.
• Manages inventory and supplies relevant to the ER unit.
