HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Charge (CNC) in the Freestanding ER Wekiva. You will direct nursing care on your shift, collaborate with management, and model the organization’s values to deliver exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.

Responsibilities include facilitating admissions/discharges for throughput, assessing care quality, and leading staff in a teamwork-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Florida RN license required.
• 1+ years RN experience in acute care preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of start.
• ACLS provider within 6 months of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with admissions and discharges to ensure throughput and care quality.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care per policies; support staff and management.
• Collaborate with managers to create teamwork for improved outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Participate in staffing, scheduling, and inventory control actions.
