Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Emergency Department. This full-time role on day shift focuses on leading nursing care, coordinating patient flow, and collaborating with management to uphold high standards of care.

The CNC will oversee admission/discharge, staff development, and performance-monitoring activities while supporting service recovery and patient-centered outcomes in a fast-paced ED setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date
• Trauma Nursing Core Course within 1 year of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of employment start date

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality care.
• Collaborate with management to assess and improve the quality of patient care services.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling in line with patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Support inventory control and management of supplies and equipment.
