Job summary

HCA Florida Brandon Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead nursing care on the ER unit, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered service. You will collaborate with the management team to monitor, direct and evaluate care and to support staffing, training and policy adherence.

Qualified candidates hold FL RN licensure, an ASN/ diploma with BSN preferred, and ER experience with current BLS/ACLS; PALS/ENPC within 6 months is required.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license active or compact with FL endorsement.
• Minimum one year ER RN experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications current; PALS/ENPC within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care for the unit during the designated shift.
• Direct and evaluate patient care per policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to improve outcomes and service.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Promote patient-first care and service recovery as needed.
• Assist with inventory control and supplies management.
