Job summary

HCA Florida Brandon Hospital in Brandon, FL seeks a Registered Nurse for our University Emergency team. You will coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team, following established nursing standards.

Responsibilities include pain assessment, documentation, patient education, and timely response to requests. Florida RN license, BLS, ACLS due within 6 months, and BSN preferred are required or desired.

Qualifications

• Assesses patient pain regularly and promotes effective pain management.
• Performs procedures, monitoring, and documents care in the medical record.
• Responds promptly to patient requests and anticipates needs to improve care.
• Teaches patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatments, and follow-up; translates medical terms for understanding.

Responsibilities

Skills

FL RN license
