Job summary

SignatureCare Emergency Center seeks an ER Tech to assist the RN and Physician in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ED setting.

The role requires EMT, Paramedic, or CMA certification with ER experience and BLS; ACLS/PALS are preferred. You will document care, support patient stabilization, and help maintain department efficiency and a compassionate, family-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid EMT, Paramedic, or CMA certification with hospital ER experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; able to work in a fast-paced ED.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN and Physician with patient care tasks.
• Document accurately in electronic medical records and HIPAA compliant.
• Support stabilization and ongoing treatment of ED patients.
• Stock ED areas and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Respond promptly to requests and coordinate patient care with nurses.
