Job summary

SignatureCare Emergency Center Master in Frisco, TX is seeking a Part-Time ER Technician to assist the RN and Physician in the ED. The role involves patient care support, documentation, and ensuring timely response to requests, with a focus on safety and compassionate service.

The ideal candidate holds Texas EMT or Paramedic licensure (or CMA with ER experience), is capable of working day or night shifts, and is committed to maintaining HIPAA standards while delivering patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Texas EMT license with 2 years ER hospital experience required.
• Paramedic license with 2 years ER hospital experience required.
• MA/CMA with 2 years ER hospital experience acceptable.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN and Physician with patient care in the ED.
• Carry out delegated tasks within EMT scope of practice.
• Document accurately in EMR while maintaining patient privacy (HIPAA).
• Assist with stabilization and continuous treatment of ED patients.
• Stock departments/rooms daily and ensure clean, organized spaces.
