Job summary

Trillium Trading is seeking an Equity Trader to gain direct exposure to the markets and master our proprietary trading tools. From day one, you'll work alongside an experienced trainer and be immersed in a diverse mix of trading strategies, developing the judgment to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Within your first month, you will actively trade and manage firm capital, honing split-second buy and sell decisions on our proprietary keyboard-based trading platform while learning U.S.,

Qualifications

Recent graduates (Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027) with a cumulative 3.5+ GPA.
Pursuing a degree in economics, mathematics, business, finance, or a related field.
No visa sponsorship available for applicants.

Responsibilities

Research market microstructure patterns to uncover inefficiencies.
Collaborate with trainer and other traders during daily trade reviews.
Stay informed on industry and market news.
Participate in educational seminars and group discussions with senior traders.
Learn and apply our proprietary trading tools and platforms.
