Job summary

Trillium Trading is seeking an Equity Trader to gain direct exposure to US, Canadian, and OTC equity markets. You will work with experienced traders, mastering our proprietary tools and strategies on a fast-paced desk.

From day one, you will trade under mentorship, developing technical skills and market judgment. A strong education in economics/math/finance is preferred, with a Fall/Spring 2026/2027 graduation timeline.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research market microstructure patterns to identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with trainer and other traders in daily trade reviews.
• Stay informed on industry and market news and trends.
• Participate in educational seminars and group discussions with senior traders.
• Learn and apply proprietary trading tools and platforms.
