Job summary
Trillium is seeking an ambitious Equity Trader to join our US, Canadian, and OTC equity trading activities. You'll learn our proprietary tools under mentorship, trading firm capital from day one, and develop judgment for split-second decisions on our keyboard-based platform.
You will study market microstructure, collaborate with senior traders during reviews, and engage in ongoing education to deepen knowledge of economics, risk management, and market structure in a fast-paced, merit‑driven
Qualifications
- The candidate should be a soon-to-be graduate with a 3.5+ GPA.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a performance-driven environment.
- Analytical, curious, disciplined, and deeply interested in financial markets.
- Thrives in competitive, fast-paced settings and willing to learn proprietary trading.
Responsibilities
- Research market microstructure patterns to uncover inefficiencies
- Collaborate with trainer and other traders during daily trade reviews
- Stay informed on industry and market news
- Participate in educational seminars and group discussions with senior traders
- Learn and apply our proprietary trading tools and platforms
