Trillium in New York City offers an Equity Trader role with direct market exposure and mentorship from experienced traders. You will learn our proprietary tools and strategies, trading US, Canadian, and OTC equities and options on day one.

You'll trade firm capital under supervision, develop rapid decision-making skills, and deepen knowledge of market microstructure and risk management. A strong educational background and a competitive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Soon-to-be college graduate with GPA 3.5+ (Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027).
• No visa sponsorship for work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Research market microstructure patterns to uncover inefficiencies
• Collaborate with trainer and traders during daily review sessions
• Stay informed on industry and market news
• Participate in educational seminars with senior traders
