Job summary

Trillium Trading seeks an Equity Trader to gain direct exposure to the US, Canadian, and OTC equity markets and the US options market. From day one, you will work with a trainer and be immersed in a mix of trading strategies, developing both technical skills and judgment on our keyboard-based platform.

We invest heavily in education and development, offering classroom sessions and on-demand resources to support growth in quantitative, analytical, risk management, and market-structure knowledge.

Qualifications

• Soon-to-be graduates in Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with GPA 3.5+.
• Bachelor’s or higher in economics, mathematics, business, or finance.
• No visa sponsorship; must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Research market microstructure patterns to uncover inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with trainer and other traders during daily trade reviews.
• Stay informed on industry and market news.
• Participate in educational seminars and group discussions with senior traders.
• Learn and apply our proprietary trading tools and platforms.
