Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record of profitability with at least $1 million in cumulative P&L.
• 2+ years of active trading experience in US equities or options.
• Clear, repeatable trading process.
• Strong risk management discipline.
• Ability to communicate trading strategies clearly.
• Competitive, adaptable, and resilient mindset.

Responsibilities

• Actively trade US, Canada, and OTC equities, as well as US options, identifying profitable opportunities in real time
• Manage risk effectively by monitoring market conditions, adjusting strategies, sizing positions appropriately, and maintaining compliance with firm-wide policies
• Maintain a disciplined trading process, including regular review of trades, market conditions, risk, and strategy performance
• Follow macroeconomic events, company-specific news, market structure changes, and other research methods to inform trading decisions
• Contribute to a collaborative trading culture by sharing market observations, trade ideas, and relevant strategy insights with other experienced traders
