Job summary

Aspen Creek Grill is seeking a General Manager to oversee all facets of the operation and ensure legendary food and service. The GM will make key decisions within the restaurant and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, P&L oversight, budgets, inventory management, and staffing interviews to uphold safety and quality standards. Leadership and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as GM/Managing Partner or multi-unit manager in a full-service restaurant.
• HS diploma required, bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; able to delegate and lead teams of 100+.
• Strong understanding of financials and servant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of restaurant operation and adherence to standards.
• Manage weekly schedules, P&L, budgets, and inventories.
• Lead interviews for hourly staff and conduct bi-yearly reviews.
• Develop annual budgets and plan staff events; maintain safety and cleanliness.
