Job summary

Aspen Creek Grill is seeking a Kitchen Manager to take ownership of back-of-house operations across opening, mid, and closing shifts. You will lead kitchen staff, ensure scratch-kitchen standards, and drive excellent hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of restaurant management, strong leadership, and a willingness to coach others; flexibility and a 21+ work eligibility are required. Aspen Creek Grill values growth and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Back of house experience required.
• Scratch kitchen exposure is a big advantage.
• Availability for a flexible schedule (open, mid, close).
• Must be at least 21 years old with legal authorization to work in the United States.

Amazing Fresh Food. Genuine Hospitality. – At Aspen Creek Grill, our Kitchen Manager needs to know EVERYTHING about the back of house operations. Ok, maybe not everything, but definitely knows everything related to all operations on an opening, mid- or closing shift.

Specific Qualifications Include

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment, a plus
• Hands-on experience in back of house
• Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage
• Familiarity with POS Systems
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close)
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
• Bilingual, a plus
