A successful candidate has at least 4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with equity platforms. Responsibilities include processing transactions, coordinating compliance, and developing employee education programs.

This position offers a base salary between $123,372 and $161,926 per year along with employee benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of equity administration experience working with a US public company.
• 3+ years of experience with SEC, IRS, and regulatory requirements related to equity compensation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration of Oscar's equity compensation plans.
• Ensure accurate processing of equity transactions.
• Coordinate with external equity management vendor and partners.
• Maintain stock plan records, ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with teams across Oscar and external vendors to ensure compliance.

Skills

Equity administration experience

Experience with equity platforms (Fidelity, Shareworks)

Understanding SEC and IRS regulations

Microsoft Excel and G Suite skills

Tools

HRIS systems (preferably Workday)
