Hi, we’re Oscar. We’re hiring a Stock Plan Manager to join our Total Rewards team.
The Stock Plan Manager will help lead the operations of Oscar Health’s equity plan administration and lead the end‑to‑end program ownership of all equity related events. You will play an important part in ensuring the seamless administration of equity programs—including stock options, RSUs, and PSUs—while upholding accuracy, integrity, and liaising cross‑functionally across Total Rewards, People, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Payroll. This role will also be involved in projects with the broader Total Rewards team, particularly Executive Compensation.
You will report into the Director, Executive Compensation.
This position is based in our Tempe, AZ office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in‑office work per week. Thursdays are a required in‑office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.
The base pay for this role is: $111,034 – $145,733 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
