Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of equity administration experience working with a US public company.
• 4+ years of experience with equity platforms (e.g., Fidelity, Shareworks).
• 3+ years of experience with SEC, IRS, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration of Oscar's equity compensation plans.
• Ensure accurate processing of equity transactions.
• Coordinate with external equity management vendor and partners.

Skills
