Job summary

Devon is seeking a Stock Administration Professional to manage end-to-end equity programs, including RSUs and PSUs, for employees and stakeholders. This role drives accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting across multiple platforms.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Finance to ensure data integrity, deliver communications, and support audits and disclosures. Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years’ relevant experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business, or HR.
• 2–5 years’ experience in stock administration, equity compensation, or related area.
• Strong knowledge of equity compensation practices, tax implications, and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer all aspects of equity compensation programs, including RSUs and PSUs.
• Manage grant issuance, vesting, exercises, cancellations, and settlements; ensure timely processing.
• Monitor and reconcile equity transactions across stock plan systems and broker platforms.
• Provide clear employee communications, education materials, and FAQs on stock programs and system navigation.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Finance to ensure data accuracy; prepare reports for Payroll, Finance, Legal, and auditors.
• Support tax withholding processes and payroll integration for equity events; assist with proxy disclosures and regulatory filings.
