Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director (Licensed Physical Therapist) in North Carolina to lead a growing clinic and become an Equity Partner. You will mentor staff, build relationships, and shape culture and patient experience with support from Ivy Health’s nationwide resources.

The role offers a base of $90,000–$110,000 per year plus a Clinic Director Bonus/Equity and relocation assistance, with strong opportunities for growth in a supportive, value-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a healthcare setting
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
• Passion for mentoring and developing others
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships
