Job summary

Ivy Health in Virginia is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You’ll mentor clinicians, build local relationships, and shape clinic culture, operations, and patient experience as the practice grows with equity ownership.

The role offers a base salary of $100,000–$115,000 per year plus a Director bonus plan, equity, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships.
