Qualifications

• DPT required from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in state of practice.
• 3+ years in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus; mentoring skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Mentor clinicians and support staff to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
• Partner with Ivy Rehab on strategic clinic development and patient experience.
