Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a growing clinic in North Carolina. You will mentor teammates, build relationships, and foster a positive, collaborative environment that supports patients and staff alike.

The role includes partner-level influence on location, culture, team development, and patient experience, with resources to support marketing, HR, recruitment, compliance, IT, and revenue cycle management.

Qualifications

• DPT degree is required from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and drive team development to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Shape clinic culture and patient experience while partnering with Ivy Health leadership.
