The role offers an annual compensation range of $95,000–$115,000, with eligibility for a Clinic Director Bonus Plan, equity, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a clinic team and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
• Mentor clinicians and build relationships within the clinic.
