You will respond professionally to emails, set appointments for demonstrations, and work with online prospects to close sales while maintaining strong product knowledge and teamwork on the showroom floor.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication across channels.
• Proficient in CRM with diligent follow-up.
• Ability to meet sales quotas and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet inquiries and phone leads.
• Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Assist customers in vehicle selection with industry knowledge and high customer satisfaction.
• Understand internet customer psychology and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online sources.
• Deliver inquiries/messages to other sales personnel promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
