Volkswagen of Kirkland is seeking an Equity Mining Sales Consultant to handle online inquiries and ledges on a commission-based structure. The role emphasizes professional communication, vehicle guidance, and building customer happiness.

The position involves following up on inquiries, scheduling demonstrations, and collaborating with other sales staff. A strong sales mindset and customer-service focus are essential for success.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient with CRM with the ability follow up and follow up again.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all incoming internet inquiries and phone leads.
• Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness.
• Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
