Job summary

FullBloom, in partnership with Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), seeks a Principal to lead instructional excellence, equity, and a student-centered culture across a K-12 setting.

The principal will oversee curriculum alignment, data-driven instruction, staff development, family engagement, and compliance with educational standards, while managing resources and building strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, School Leadership, or related field.
• Principal Certification.
• Demonstrated success in instructional leadership, staff development, and culture-building.
• Deep commitment to educational equity, inclusion, and student achievement.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear instructional vision focused on academic excellence and equity.
• Oversee curriculum alignment, assessment systems, and data-driven decision making.
• Lead professional development and coaching initiatives for teachers.
• Establish a safe, inclusive school culture with high expectations and respect.
• Oversee operations, budget, resources, and compliance with regulations.
• Engage families and community partners to support student learning.
