Formación

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Elementary Principal/Assistant Principal by the Massachusetts DESE.
• Minimum of 5+ years of classroom teaching at the elementary level, with prior admin experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead culturally responsive learning environment for the entire school community.
• Direct administrative teams to support high achievement for all students.
• Develop PLCs focused on literacy and numeracy to ensure equitable outcomes.
• Execute school-wide strategies aligned with district goals for continuous improvement.
• Analyze student data to identify trends and adjust instructional approaches.
