Job summary

SESI, a division of FullBloom, seeks a Principal to serve as instructional and operational leader for a diverse K-12 program. You will guide academic success, SEL, and school culture while stewarding resources and building leadership across staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, School Leadership, or related field.
• Principal Certification required or clearly indicated.
• Proven ability to lead instructional programs and staff development.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student achievement.
• Strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership and establish a clear vision for academic excellence and equity.
• Lead and support school culture, attendance, student well-being, and SEL initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate high-quality staff and build leadership capacity.
• Oversee daily operations, budget, and facilities while ensuring compliance.
