Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a Principal to lead instructional and operational excellence in a K-12 setting within the SESI/FullBloom network. You will shepherd the school's academic vision, cultivate an inclusive culture, and drive outcomes for students through data-driven practices and staff development.

As part of a national network, you will manage resources, oversee compliance, and partner with families and communities to support student well-being and achievement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, School Leadership, or a related field.
• Principal Certification.
• Demonstrated success in instructional leadership, staff development, and culture-building.
• Deep commitment to educational equity, inclusion, and student achievement.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear instructional vision focused on academic excellence and equity.
• Oversee curriculum and assessment systems to ensure rigorous, differentiated instruction.
• Use data to monitor student progress and inform practice.
• Lead professional development and coaching to build teacher capacity.
• Establish a safe, inclusive school culture with high expectations.
• Lead systems for behavior, attendance, and social-emotional supports.
