SESI is seeking a Principal to serve as the instructional and operational leader of the school, driving academic excellence, social-emotional development, and a student-centered culture. You will lead staff development, coordinate curriculum and assessments, and ensure compliance with education standards.

In this role, you will build relationships with families and communities, manage resources, and advance organizational mission across SESI’s national network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, School Leadership, or a related field.
• Principal Certification.
• Demonstrated success in instructional leadership, staff development, and culture-building.
• Deep commitment to educational equity, inclusion, and student achievement.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear instructional vision focused on academic excellence and equity.
• Oversee curriculum and assessment systems with rigorous and differentiated instruction.
