Qualifications

• Associate degree in human resources, organizational behavioral sciences or related field AND one year of experience providing HR support.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources office practices and applicable laws and negotiated agreements.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion and ability to support a diverse workplace and educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Support benefits functions, enrollment, and eligibility for all employee types.
• Process compensation and contracts to ensure accurate and timely pay.
• Recruit and screen candidates, maintain ATS processes and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with HR/Payroll to administer salary increments and classifications.
• Assist with Title IX investigations and employee relations as needed.
