Job summary

Clark College is seeking a full-time, over-time eligible Human Resource Consultant 3–Recruitment Supervisor in the Office of People and Culture. The role leads the Recruitment team, advises on hiring strategies and employment law, and drives equity-forward practices across all staff searches.

The Recruitment Supervisor will optimize recruitment processes, report on outcomes, coordinate with departments, and ensure legal and policy compliance while supporting a diverse candidate pool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership or related field with 2 years HR recruitment experience or
• Associate's degree with 4 years HR recruitment experience.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably NEOGOV NEOED.

Responsibilities

• Supervise recruitment team and develop service standards.
• Advise administrators and search committees on recruitment strategies and employment law.
• Lead equitable and compliant hiring practices across the college.
• Monitor metrics and report on outcomes to improve efficiency.
• Serve as system administrator for the recruitment system (NEOED).
• Lead searches for executive-level positions and broader recruitment outreach.
