Cascadia College seeks an Assistant Director of Human Resources to lead daily HR operations, partnering with the AVP of HR and supervising HR Generalists. You will drive recruitment, benefits, and staff development while advancing equity across campus.

This role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, HRIS/ATS experience, and a commitment to inclusive practices. The position is full-time, hybrid, with strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; three years HR experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HR practices, state/federal employment laws, and negotiated agreements.
• Experience supervising or leading others and commitment to equity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HR Generalists and coordinate with Payroll and Compliance teams.
• Oversee recruitment lifecycle for classified, exempt, and faculty positions, including salary placement and onboarding.
• Administer benefits enrollment, leave programs, and HR communications; ensure accurate personnel records.
