You will collaborate with Product Managers, Owners and Development teams to design and implement solutions aligned with the IT strategy and business priorities. The role emphasizes AI-driven analysis, strong communication across local and remote teams, and an engagement in a well-defined SDLC.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst in finance or trading
• Knowledge of trading applications, order management and full trade lifecycle
• Understanding of the full project life cycle from requirements to delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong communication across local and remote teams
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions in equities workflows and Jira/Scrum/SAFe environments

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Dev teams to design software solutions
• Own development of key features and drive to completion
• Analyse stakeholder objectives and document clear requirements
• Leverage AI to enhance analysis and stakeholder communication
• Support scope governance and estimate work with domain knowledge
• Track risks, dependencies and impediments in SDLC
• Explain milestones and delivery value to the team
• Support the team’s engagement in a defined SDLC
• Deliver both functional and non-functional requirements
