Job summary

Wellington Management seeks an Investment Analyst to join the Equity Product Management team. You will provide analytical leverage, serve as a point of contact for internal teams, and help manage portfolio positioning, attribution and risk.

The role includes marketing support, RFP reviews, workflow automation, and client solution development. The position emphasizes collaboration with equity investment teams, relationship teams, and business colleagues across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with very strong academic credentials and a record of achievement.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience; CFA progress preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical skills to organize and synthesize data.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses related to portfolio positioning, attribution and risk.
• Create and update marketing and client materials; respond to RFPs.
• Automate workflows and prepare materials for client meetings.
• Collaborate on developing client solutions and new investment approaches.
• Present to external clients as needed and contribute to cross-functional projects.
