Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited university.
• Strong business analysis experience in equities.
• Experience with complex technology delivery programmes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, definition, and documentation of business requirements for Equities initiatives.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, and Tech to elicit and prioritise requirements.
• Produce comprehensive BRDs, functional specs, and process flows.
• Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for platform modernisation.
• Coordinate with dev and test teams from design to testing.
• Manage scope, risks, and dependencies across global teams.
