Qualifications

3 years of direct equity execution and trading experience.
Hands-on with electronic execution platforms and algo strategies (VWAP/TWAP/POV).
Strong knowledge of TCA metrics and benchmarks to improve decisions.
Advanced Excel/macros/VBA for automation and modeling.
Programming in Python/SQL/VBA with tooling or dashboards experience.

Responsibilities

Execute equity trades across venues using manual and algorithmic strategies.
Analyze execution quality using TCA data and benchmarks.
Build tools (Excel macros, Python/SQL scripts) to automate analysis and reporting.
Evaluate and integrate AI-driven or algorithmic tools into trading workflows.
Communicate execution results and data-driven insights to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with technology and quant teams to refine algo strategies.
