This role supports the company's total rewards strategy through effective management of stock plans, vesting events, and reporting, partnering with HR, Payroll, Legal and Finance to ensure data accuracy and timely disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business or HR.
• 2–5 years of stock administration or equity experience.
• Knowledge of equity compensation practices and tax implications.

Responsibilities

• Administer equity compensation programs including RSUs and PSUs.
• Process grants, vesting, exercises, cancellations, and settlements accurately.
• Reconcile equity transactions across stock plan systems and brokers.
• Ensure compliance with SEC rules, tax requirements, and global equity regulations.
• Support reporting, disclosures, and audits; prepare reconciliations.
• Serve as a main point of contact for employee equity inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Finance on data accuracy.
