Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, Equity Compensation in New Brunswick, NJ. The role focuses on data analytics, project management, and reporting optimization across Equity Compensation Plans within the SPEC team of Corporate Treasury.

You will partner with stakeholders including Total Rewards, Legal, and Tax, handling global reporting, valuation calculations, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with SOX and GAAP.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Master's degree and/or CPA/CMA is preferred.
• 5+ years of relative and progressive experience is required.
• Strong collaboration and analytical skills are required.
• Experience with regulatory requirements such as SOX and US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills, Power BI, and Co-Pilot proficiency are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise projects impacting Long Term Incentive equity awards; project management, execution, accounting guidance, financial modeling and data analytics.
• Provide global financial reporting, forecasting and analytics for accounting, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Complete annual and quarterly close reporting and provide valuation calculations for equity awards.
• Partner with Total Rewards, Legal, Health & Benefits, and Finance teams and vendors to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
