Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, NJ, is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, analyze, and deliver global compensation programs. You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to translate market data into actionable recommendations, ensuring governance, compliance, and data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in compensation, advanced analytics, and experience with Workday, Copilot, and Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
6+ years of compensation experience in complex, matrixed environments.
Strong knowledge of compensation practices, market benchmarking, and applicable laws/regulations.
Advanced quantitative and analytical skills including data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
Proficiency with Workday, Copilot, Excel, and HRIS tools.
Ability to leverage AI-enabled productivity tools and apply governance to data.

Responsibilities

Support design, strategy, communication, and implementation of global compensation programs.
Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis to develop competitive, equitable compensation solutions.
Contribute to governance and projects, identifying and implementing process and policy improvements.
Provide guidance and interpretation on global compensation policies, procedures, and processes.
Perform job evaluations and prepare salary recommendations for senior leadership; ensure compliance and data integrity.
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners; leverage analytics to inform decisions (e.g., compensation reviews, retention solutions).
Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of compensation research, reporting, and presentations while maintaining human review.
Apply AI insights to support modeling, benchmarking, and business case development; translate data into actionable recommendations.
Ensure responsible use of AI with data privacy and ethical standards.
Participate in external meetings to gather best practices and benchmark data.
Perform other duties as assigned.
