Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Compensation in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of compensation practices, market benchmarking, and applicable laws/regulations.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills; experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems (Workday, Copilot, HRIS).

Responsibilities

• Support design, strategy, communication, and implementation of global Compensation programs.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis for competitive solutions.
• Contribute to governance and process improvements in compensation.
• Provide guidance on global compensation policies and processes.
• Perform job evaluations and prepare salary recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and HRBPs leveraging analytics to inform decisions.
• Utilize AI tools to improve research, reporting, and presentation development with human oversight.
