The Savings Plan and Equity Compensation (SPEC) team is part of the Corporate Treasury function. Their mission is to provide best-in-class service and expertise to participants and business partners by managing the Global Long-Term Incentive Plan (Equity Awards), US Savings Plans (401K), and Treasury Stock Purchase Plan for Johnson & Johnson in accordance with GAAP, Plan documents, and government regulations. The SPEC team is responsible for the global administration and accounting for the Savings Plans and Equity Award Plans that reach almost 50,000 current and former employees. This position is focused on data analytics, project management and execution, as well as reporting/reporting optimization across all the Equity Compensation Plans. This position will partner with Total Rewards, Legal, Health & Benefits, and Finance (Tax, Consolidations, Acquisitions and Payroll) as well as critical vendors (Fidelity and Deloitte) to help ensure data accuracy and compliance with plan rules.
A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution is required.
A master’s degree and/or CPA/CMA is preferred.
5+ years of relative and progressive experience is required.
Strong collaboration and analytical skills required.
Experience with regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes Oxley and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, Power BI, Co-Pilot.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $79,000-$127,650
