You will track progress with data, facilitate group discussions, develop trainings, and evaluate impact to strengthen workforce practices and service outcomes for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide EDIB initiatives and conversations with leaders, teams, and stakeholders.
• Translate inclusion goals into practical programs and everyday workplace practices.
• Track progress by collecting data and feedback to understand effectiveness.
• Facilitate group sessions, design programs, and deliver training.
• Conduct data-informed evaluations to improve workforce practices and resident outcomes.
