Job summary

King County Housing Authority seeks a Program Manager for Inclusive Outcomes to drive equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging across the organization. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, partner with stakeholders, and translate inclusive practices into measurable results for staff and residents.

Responsibilities include training, data-driven evaluation, and developing communications to support equitable services, with remote work options post-onboarding and WA-based location

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, public administration, public policy, business, or related field.
• Significant experience developing, implementing, and evaluating equity, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and evaluate Inclusive Outcomes initiatives across the agency.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement cross-departmental inclusion policies.
• Collaborate with teams and community partners to advance equity projects.
• Train staff and provide guidance on equity and inclusive practices.
• Establish metrics and report outcomes to senior management.
