Job summary

King County Housing Authority is seeking a Program Manager for Inclusive Outcomes (EDIB) to lead organization-wide equity initiatives and translate goals into practical actions. The role partners with departments, staff, and community groups to advance inclusive outcomes across programs and services.

The position emphasizes training, metric development, and clear communication to embed an equity lens in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, public admin, policy, business, or related field.
• Extensive experience developing and evaluating programs that advance equity and inclusion in complex orgs.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and evaluate Inclusive Outcomes initiatives across the agency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop policies for cross-department EDIB initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for equity efforts.
• Train staff and deliver workshops on unconscious bias and inclusive practices.
• Develop metrics and prepare reports on EDIB programs for senior management.
• Create agency-wide communications explaining outcomes work.
