Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking an Equity & Executive Benefits Analyst to manage day-to-day equity program operations and non-qualified deferred compensation matters at the Midvale, UT Service Center.
The role requires 3–5 years in equity administration, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Fidelity, Shareworks, Workday, and HRIS. Hybrid work is offered after a 90-day probation, with onsite location in Utah.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually, DOE; may be eligible for bonus
Location: This position based onsite at the Service Center in Midvale, UT. This position offers a hybrid work option after a 90-day probationary period (not fully remote).

The Equity & Executive Benefits Analyst handles the day-to-day operations and administration of the company’s public equity program and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) plan. This position ensures data accuracy across systems, processes equity transactions, supports annual deferred compensation enrollments, and serves as the primary day-to-day touchpoint for employee and executive inquiries.
