Job summary

BIP US Consulting seeks an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end program and project delivery within an Equities environment, focusing on delivery management, financial oversight, Agile execution, change governance, and coordination across globally distributed teams.

The successful candidate will manage multiple initiatives across the lifecycle, provide transparency into delivery progress, financial health, dependencies, risks, and milestones, and lead governance routines with

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in project management, program management or delivery leadership.
• Experience delivering technology initiatives in Capital Markets or Financial Services.
• Strong SAFe/Scaled Agile delivery governance and cross-team coordination.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across the full lifecycle.
• Establish and manage project routines: kick-offs, status reviews, governance forums, and tollgates.
• Develop integrated delivery plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Identify risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies; implement mitigation and escalation.
• Manage initiative financials: budgets, forecasts, actuals, resource costs and health.
• Provide executive reporting on delivery progress, outcomes, risks, and milestones.
